Some of this stuff is just flat ass crazy. I remember dentistry b4 gloves and masks, and offices that did not own an autoclave! Is the patient better off today?? And to what degree??

Sounds like another case of "the rules don't apply to me" Uhhh yes, they do. There was a similar case here in WA, the Dr. was initially suspended, went back to work, had a large number of employee and patient complaints.

Art, Bob was truly a master, and that Coastal gear was so well made that the only reason it gets replaced today is lack of parts!
We lost Bob about 5-6 years ago, I still work with his son Richard and his boy. Like Bob, Richard is a master as well, and Matt his son will continue that tradition. They have a small independent dealership in the Rancho Cucamonga area of Socal. Great folks.
