LONG TIME NO HEAR ?
Like most of us, i have to work harder, smarter and longer than ever before...millions of people on Welfare are relying on me. I think we'll find out in November whether the number of people who WORK for a living are outnumbered by those who vote for one. sigh
The good news is this crummy economy has been a boom to The Dental Trader. Many dentists have seen their average annual production drop 20% over the past three years. In many cases this equates to a 20%-30% reduction in cash flow. Imagine if you had to offset 30% of your overhead…that’s a lot!
Dentists no longer restock their shelves for 2, 4 or 6 mos at a time anymore-they buy what the need to get by until next month. They are buying much more frequently (albeit in smaller lots) and that is where our growth is coming from. They need The Dental Trader now. Doctors in places like Marina Del Ray and Beverly Hills who wouldn’t dirty their fingers with it five years ago are now using it monthly.
The economy is also impacting the dental conventions. Ya don’t go to the Mall when you’re broke and doctors don’t walk the exhibits floor so they can see everything they can’t afford and feel bad about themselves. The whole game has changed and the manner in which doctors shop has changed radically. They need bargains…The Dental Trader provides em. I am thankful to be on the flip side of this sorry ass economy.
