Looking for Direct Sales Reps and also Technicians to install Imaging Systems.

Selling Imaging systems with our company is done OVER THE PHONE.  Doctors still want to have a demo but we SEND the demo.  If you have good experience selling Intraoral cameras, Dental sensors, Imaging software and are good on the phone, we want your application immediately.

We are looking for up to 3 Sales consultant (not seeking telemarketers here) that are able to close $10,000+ sales on the phone.   Personally I do this casually 3 to 4 times a week and so does our in house Sales Consultant.  However, we have more leads that we can handle and need someone Male or Female that inspires confidence and trust, whose knowledge comes across immediately, and understands the sales process. We require good internet skills and professional writing capabilities since deals are closed daily using email.

We offer Leads through our top position on Google, remote access to our Database, your own Videodental.com Gmail mailbox, a softphone line for your laptop to use anywhere (Just like if you were at Corporate), and a sharp sales Tool: a website from you sell from doing presentations.  Above all, you earn and receive nice commissions

Our company has over 7,000 customers you can call for upgrades.  We participates in 10 trade shows per year:  Yankee, Chicago, Hinman, CDA Anaheim, FNDC, CDA San Fran, ADA, GNY and at least 2 more (AACD, AGD, AAE) depending on venue.  You will be invited at least at one of these meetings...

So, if you are tired of burning tires, are an entrepreneur but don't want to go at it alone, know the Dental environment well, Please contact me at once.

Call Video Dental; ask for me or Holly, my assistant.

Best!

Claude

How do dental service technicians get training on servicing equipment?  Does the manufacturer train the techs live, via webinars?

Thanks,

Bill

Most mfgs have some kinda deal where they invite all the service techs to thier shop and walk em thru the technical aspect of thier product...then the sales guys come down and take us all out to dinner and drinks and the next day we repeat...and when ya sober up and get ready to go home they give ya a certificate that says you be one of the smart guys who can work on thier stuff....works like a charm....whats a webinar? maybe you can invite us all to your place and teach us? that would be cool

Josh,

So the manufacturer has the invite everyone out to their facility or do they train on the equipment at the branch or both?

Also , the manufacturer is the one that determines if the service tech is qualified??

Just trying to figure this side of the business out.

My first class was at Adec way back in 1982 or so and Earl Baldwin taught a class of like 25 guys, most from dealers, like Patterson and Saslow, some from schools and armed services...So they taught us from the Angle valves out how to work on thier equipment for a whole week and at the end we get a certificate...and we were picked to go to the classes by out bosses and it was something everyone wanted to go to....most big companies fly ya out and teach you for a few days and some other companies will come to your local facility and put on a show there over a couple days and split the service crew up in different shifts....in fact today the boys from Patterson in sunnyvale are down in Fresno Ca. learning about TechWest vacuums and air systems...I know some of the mfgs that techs would love to go to were Midmark,Adec and I think it was Planmeca that used to take the classes out for paintball wars for a day....but they are great classes and of course great sales points for the techs to respone to the drs question " whose chair do you like?".....ummmm I like ADEC, cant you see my Adec logo shirt they gave me when I was up in Bend Org.....
