A foot of snow is blanketing New England and causing some major issues for dental companies that are exhibiting at the Yankee Dental Congress. Major travel delays and cancellations.

A follow up to a snowy meeting. Thursday was slow as expected. I had plenty of time to talk to the sales teams at most booths. The only ones that seemed like they had any action were the companies that had opinion leaders that were lecturing at the convention.
Friday was much busier with the floor jam packed. Not sure how much selling goes on at these meetings anymore. A lot of sampling, tire kicking, but I wonder how many companies break even....
