If you haven't taken the time to learn these new technologies you will miss out on the newest generation of Sales. Those getting out of college now (and recently out of college) have technology built in to them. I am not to old and I can remember when personal computers were "new". I also remember some of my nerdy friends and I playing games in the 80's over the phone lines (atari and comodore had modems). These kids it seems now a days have cell phones attached to them, with aps for twitter, facebook, myspace, youtube and anything else they can get their hands on. It is part of their every day life. In fact one of my friends kids the other day cracked me up.. she said "phones aren't for talking, their for texting" which was in response to him asking her why she didn't just call the person up or walk over to their house.

Regardless, what I am trying to say is that if you don't pay attention to the world around you it might just pass you by.
