Where should sales managers improve their performance?

I am looking for some good topics to write about in First Impressions and REPertoire magazines.

• If you had to pinpoint one skill that (if well developed) would make a GREAT manager--what would it be?

  What drives you crazy about your boss (now or in the past) management style?
• What is it that sales managers do that demotivates you, as a representative?
