It never hurts to wish your customers well over the holidays or regionally-appropriate occasions.

I used to buy chocolates at Costco and give them out to my clients. The best customers got the best chocolates.

These were always very well received, but looking back I think it might represent the lazy way out. Surely there is a better way to say thanks than candy?
I have used the large xmas decorator cans of popcorn. The staff loves the can and generally fight over it to take home when empty!! Saw them at Walgreens this week for $6.99
It's "SHRIMP DAY" today in MI !!

P.S. If you don't know what that is you haven't been around me for twenty years !!
Around here we do a visit to our dealers (oh yes, I work for a manufacturer). We set it up visiting 4 countries in 4 days. Gifts are reduced to a minimum (chocolate) but just the fact that we travel Finland-Sweden-Norway-Denmark to visit our dealers actually has a good impact.
We enjoy good and constructive discussions that will feed the next year for all of us.

Merry Christmas Guys and Gals!
So Kristian, what is the best chocolate? I have heard Belgian, Swiss or Austrian made is the best. Am I on the right track? I still need to get a couple of last minute presents. THX
A gift basket from the Popcorn Factory works quite well. They put together a nice arrangement of goodies for the offices.
Absolutely, we send baskets to our customers doing a certain minimum amount of business with us,every x-mas holiday season; Our dental laboratory also selects our top customers and sends them perhaps extra gifts such as restaurant certificates, etc, not to mention that we also send various office managers and staff gifts as well,
