A lot of dentists would love to buy CAD/CAM, add an operatory, or go digital.
Problem is, they aren’t letting you peek behind the curtain. Dentists are generally inefficient at creating great profit and low overhead,
they don’t save enough money, and when they do . . their broker charges them
commission to lose half in the stock market.
Their CPA is average at best and great practice management consulting doesn't mean you save more for retirement.
Now the panic sets in. They add Associate after Associate, thinking that will solve their financial problems.
The dentist is on the proverbial “island by themselves” when it comes to
smart finance. Isn’t it time they get serious?
