Physicians payment sunshine act - get ready it will effect dental reps starting in January 2012

In January of next year , yes just a couple of months away you will have to keep a record of any lunch and learn, gift, honorarium and much more given to a DMD, DDS or staff member.

I just attended a class about CME and Sunshine.... this impacts everyone.... especially dentistry and other groups that don't realize they are medical devices.... Podiatrists and Nurses are also in the middle of learning about this brave new world...
