Looking for Marketing/Sales Direction Advice
My company makes a variety of guest-use computer solutions designed for places like hotel lobbies and hospital waiting rooms.
We would like to begin marketing to Dental Offices that might be interested in having a managed secure computer(s) for patients to use while in the waiting area, or that might want to offer a secure wireless internet access in the waiting area.
My initial thoughts on this topic are to do direct email marketing. In other markets I sell through resellers and outside sales reps, though I am not familiar enough with the dental industry to know if that is viable with these products, and if so, who those companies/reps are.

I run a humble little marketing agency and we are happy to offer you some advice.
There are several paths which might prove more succesful than direct mail - reseller and outside reps.
Consider telemarketing your services - there are many advantages to using this method.
You can also use effective eMarketing tools.........
BUT before you do anything - why guess? I suggest conducting an online survey - let's allow the dentists themselves to tell us if they have interest and how they would prefer to be introduced / learn more.
I have a survey tool that you're welcome to use for free if you have the email addresses.
If you need email addresses - office data, I can help you there.
Thus I recommend spending just a few dollars on research - before spending lots of money on marketing and biz dev.
