Fridays are a slow day... We all know this. What do you guys do on fridays to prepare for a better upcoming week?

I know, Everything seems to be closed Friday...Still keep calling but maybe create info packs and fax packs to send out

What days does everyone feel are the most productive days for cold calling dental offices? I am curious to see if there is a big difference of opinion. Does this change during different times of the year?

In my opinion the best call of the ANY day is the last call. You go in at 4:45 - 5:00 and actually get to spend time with doctor and talk to them without a RDH or asst. pulling them off to check a patient or to get back to work. I've had hour + conversations with just me and the doc and really found out what their equipment and long term plans are.

For us folks out in the field, there are some offices that are on open on Friday,..even in the summer. I use the day to catch up on follow calls, via phone or in person. This is also a good day to do lunch and learns. The offices that are open tend to be in a better mood because it's Friday. When all else fails there is always the sales persons favorite thing to do --- paperwork.

Friday is the best sales day of the week. There are plenty of customers open, really. And they are in the best moods on Fridays. Mondays are good for vacation, sales planning, non-urgent tasks/follow-up, etc... The customers are getting back into their groove, have the Monday blues, and if they need you they will call.
