Do you think most dentists know that this exists?? I know in college we had a site like that for professors, and it truly had a bearing on whether or not I would sign up for this class. If the office didn't know about this, it could definitely be a value added action to take some of the reviews to the office and explain to them the importance of an up to date office, or a nicer receptionist...

I do use yelp to check on dentist i service,just to see what patinets say about thier office from thier side of the fence, i find most yelp reviews are negative when money becomes an issue...and positive if nothing hurt that day...two biggest wow factors ive run across on yelp is patients love ultraleather uph....and the digital xray....

Josh is right, Yelp is another one that you can check out with reviews. Here is an article about a dentist suing Yelp for not taking down negative content. Anyone know how this one played out. Dentist sues over negative Yelp review
