Well now I'm scared! I saw this guy on my way into Houston. What do these guys do? Styrofoam cups. Tungsten light bulbs. Are they the same crew as the mattress tag police? Do they have a SWAT Team? do they carry guns? Is this some of the jobs that Obama created or saved? Do they have arrest powers? What if you have Mercury fillings in your teeth?

What the heck? Haven't seen these guys before. Maybe they make sure you are recycling your glass and paper products. Sound like a good use of taxpayers money,LOL.
