Yes and no when it comes to Pearson Dental. They are known for having great specials and this is the time of year for Dr.s to think about year end tax breaks. I also know that yes, they do buy in large quanities... but this might be the reason why though, to have great specials.
This is how they operate. They buy up huge quantities of stuff, and it looks like the economy caught them this time. Interesting though it's at their San Diego branch and not at their main office/DC
The link doesn't work. However, I did see a Schein mailer that just went out that had a piece on the Schein equipment outlet. Not sure if this is overstock, refurbished or both.
They may have great prices, but if you check the bottom line it may not be the case. a client of mine showed me an invoice that was very aggressively priced BUT had a very steep shipping charge on it which negated the good pricing.
