Many of us are behind on this curve. We need to learn from the younger generation, as they've planted their roots in these forums. The sooner companies embrace this marketing opportunity - the sooner they will reap the benefits!

You are right Scott. Dental companies seem to mimic their customers. Most are slow to adopt to these newer technologies, these newer ways of communicating and marketing. 2010 may be the year that the dental industry catches up.
