It is extremely difficult to keep in touch with all your customers & prospects on a month to month basis,so we have a VERY simple newsletter we write up ourselves and send with our statements,mailings,packets to our target market (mostly Central/North Jersey) dentists(GP's),for an example see asteto.com and click on newsletters.
I would reccommend you personally writing it,however,if you send it out monthly,you must send every month,if you do it quarterly,make sure it continues quarterly.

I've been mentioned already (thanks!), but this is exactly the type of work that I do.

I was a dental sales rep for Sinclair Dental in Canada for three years, and a service technician for six years prior to that. As a sales rep, I published my own newsletter and got such great responses from my clients that I started a small freelance writing business on the side. Last year I made the leap to full-time freelancer and provide business, communications, and marketing writing for clients all over the world.
