Just curious if there are any tools you all have found work best to keep your successes in order. In the past, I kept a file in my Outlook with all my positive emails. However my IT department decided we were keeping too many emails and deleted everything! Now I wanted to put together a refresher of my time as a sales rep and I'm starting to brainstorm some new ideas for the old brag book.
