well since it seems very quiet on DSP today I will chime in. I am considering using a free webinar for my customers both existing and potential. I think that even a video blog that you could post to YouTube.com would be effective. Bottom line is you need to be different than the other guys. If you can show your difference or be different by using a webinar then do it. OK, I just convinced myself to do it!
