A list of global dental suppliers/distributors?

You might be able to get something similar from Proofs or First Impressions Magazines.

I believe Proofs actually publishes a list like this every year

I think Drew is right. You can click the link on the right to get a subcription to Proofs and First Impressions.

Based on the response consider repositioning the question:

Please send me a list of contact information for sales and marketers that focus on international distribution. I'm trying to update the Proofs International Database to be published in 2010 and I need your help capturing international distributors that are under our radar - I appreciate your support as always"
