The Dental Sales Professional's Online Resource -------- KNOW MORE EARN MORE

Thought this would be a good topic. DSP would like to know what vehicle you use for business. If you are in outside sales your vehicle doubles as your office. If you are a president, owner, inside rep. , product manager, chief bottle washer, or whatever let us know what you drive to the office or airport. Even if it is a Toyota Camry or a Ford Taurus let us know. Oh, you can also let us know what your weekend car or truck or motorcycle or boat or plane or .....you get the idea ..... is. Add the picture with you and your vehicle in this discussion thread or in the photo section or both. This should be fun.

Station Wagon?? Naaah - it's a Sports Wagon :-)

But thanks - Yes it's a great car...
-and I actually thought that Alfa Romeo was available in the states..
My bad on the station wagon. If it had white wall tires and wood panels then it would qualify. I haven't see an Alfa Romeo in the states since the 80's. I remember the 2 seater convertibles I think they called them the Spyder?!
The two seater convertibles all go by the name "Spider" - and they are great rides...
For a look into the world of Alfa Romeo - have a look at the www.alfaromeo.com web site where you will find all the great rides of the past, present and future (at least for us living in Europe)
I am driving a Cadillac CTS. The car is not very large and I fit very well at 6’2”. It is black on black. I need to wash the darn thing two – three times a week to keep it looking good. I don’t mind, the commercial is correct. When I turn my car on it does return the favor. Mileage is the same as my last three cars, about 10.6 liters per 100km average highway and city (26 miles per gallon highway epa). I put close to 1000km a week and spend about $170 a week Canadian on gas (that’s like $180 us today’s exchange). I find gas is even cheaper in the states.
2006 Hyundai Sonata. Good ride, decent guts, quiet, fair amount of bells & whistles. 28+ MPG, good warranty. and it's cheap. Hard to beat that combination.
I drive a Nissan Murano. It gives me that SUV space but rides like a car. I've put over 84,000 miles on it over the last 22 months. One of my best car accessories [aside from my Blackberry 8130] was the AutoExec Mobile Desk [see below]. I love it, worth every penny.

My wife loves this desk as well
Ford Explorer 7 seater + 3rd row seat folds down, much room! Watch a flick or a product demo, your choice... lol
2006 Prius. 78k miles. This is my work car...weekend car is the old "Chevrolegs" and my daughter's stroller. This car kicks serious ass....I average better than 45 mpg, I can drive in the carpool lane by myself (here in CA), I got an almost $4k tax credit when I bought it and there are all manner of gizmos and hi-tech stuff that I love tucked inside. With rear seats folded down a Schein rep in AZ puts two mountain bikes (wheels on) in his every weekend. Mine doesn't see much more cargo than what's needed for a local tradeshow, co-travel or getting the kids to school.....
By no means is it a race car, but the electric engine produces ALL of its torque @ 0 rpm so it gets off the line quicker than a stock Civic or Corolla and it's governed at 107 mph, so you don't need to worry about being the jerk going the speed limit in the high occupancy vehic

le lane.
Did you pimp out the rims? The Prius always comes up as a best value in any of the auto publications.
When I got the car there was a waiting list....and NO price concessions. But being a negotiator I couldn't just pay sticker and leave - hence the chrome rims and tinted windows.

Other customization includes an enormous scrape over the right rear fender, all of the "Prius" and "Hybrid" badges removed, and a color-matched shark fin antennae instead of the boingy, whip-like one that came on it.

I had to defend the mighty Prius' power in my first post, but my standard line when talking about this car is:
The salesman told me it would stop on a dime - he just neglected to tell me it couldn't get back over it.
