I don't know what this is about but I know that last year Dentsply accused this company of patent infringement.

It is patent infringement...but what is Dentsply seeking? Royalties? Cease and Desist order to stop them from selling "their" files?
I did some research and saw the actual patents, they're pretty strong...I'm very curious to know where this is going!

Today I spoke with a Patterson branch manager who said "I don't even know if Guidance exists anymore." Last week a Patterson rep called me and told me that Patterson wasn't selling Guidance Endo anymore, but I'm getting conflicting information as I ask around. Is anybody in the know here?

Hey Zach,
Check out our recent blog, Guidance Endo will be selling direct as of Jan 1. We got confirmation on this from Patterson and Guidance. As far as the lawsuit goes, no info on that.
